How were we able to grow company ABC from $X to $Y in that short timeframe?
Here's the long answer.
1) We used our time more wisely by targeting the right clients with the right offerings because we took the time to analyze our market. We refused to chase the wrong opportunities.
2) We won bigger deals because we told great value stories that we could back up with proven results. We linked our offerings to the things that matter to executive decision makers. We linked our offerings to growing revenue, reducing cost, and minimizing risk for our clients. This gave us the courage to ask for and earn bigger opportunities.
3) We were efficient because we followed a very tight, collaborative sales process.
